STMicroelectronics M95P32 ultra-low power 32Mbit SPI Page EEPROM is optimized for mobile and wearable design. The M95P32 32Mbit SPI Page EEPROM has a rich feature set, ultra-low power consumption and high memory density. The device combines the patented e-STM 40nm nonvolatile memory (NVM) cell technology with intelligent page architecture, and combines the advantages of high memory density of firmware, byte flexibility and high durability to simplify data recording. The M95P3 also features fast read, erase, and programming cycles, reducing manufacturing costs and application downtime through fast uploads and downloads. Fast power up and quad output reads allow faster application wake-up.
The M95P32 EEPROM provides byte and page write instructions of up to 512 bytes. The write instruction is composed of automatic timing erasure and program operation, so as to realize flexible data byte management. The device also accepts the page/block/sector/chip erase command to set the memory to the erase state. Then, the memory can be quickly programmed with 512 byte pages, and further optimized with "page program with buffer loading" to hide SPI communication delay.
